Mike Frakaz, promoter for Reggae festival, says, “Reggae music brings us together, unites communities, and serves as a rallying cry when everything else seems to fall on deaf ears. The goal is to unite the audience with performers from many different generations. We want people to escape to the islands for a few hours”
